The project is directed at several persons.

These people include:

x Staff for trainings

x Teachers from the vocational education system

x Developers for vocational education

x Persons from the general education system

x Businesses. Companies should have an interest in implementing learning in the workplace. They may also have an interest in new pathways for training.

x Local stakeholders, local institutions

x European institutions. They should be responsible for active participation in several areas. The areas are: Employment, education, business and business development.

x social partners. They should be interested in working with new organizations. These organizations can be companies and systems for education.

x outside experts. They should have an interest in improving their skills through creative tools for training.
